Suge Knight -- What's Yours Is Mine

Imagine going to a garage sale, but being afraid to buy that old tiki lamp because you're scared the guy who sells it to you is just going to come to your house that night and beat you up and take it back. Welcome to the Death Row Records sale!

Unreleased songs by the likes of 2Pac and Snoop Dogg are set to go on sale in a couple of weeks, but people are scared to buy them because they don't want to come across as crossing Suge Knight, the Daily News reports.

Knight was forced to turn over the songs when he declared bankruptcy in 2006. A source tells the paper, '"It could be a tough sale. Some people don't want to go near the catalogue because they think Suge still believes it's his."

Jacko Loves Paul -- Yeah Yeah Yeah

Those who said Paul McCartney would only regain the rights to the Beatles catalog over Michael Jackson's dead body may have been right.

Sources close to Jackson tell the Mirror Jacko wants to end his 24-year feud with McCartney by leaving his remaining share of the Beatles library to Paul in his will. Jacko snaked McCartney back in 1985 in a bidding war for full ownership of the roughly $700 million Lennon-McCartney songbook

If the rumors about Michael's health problems are true it might not be too much longer before McCartney can sing "Hey Jude" without paying a fee.

Soulja BoyRemember the Soulja Boy video where he was chillin' in his crib, and six thugs armed with pistols and AK-47s busted in and robbed the place? Wait ... that really happened.

A rep for the teen rapper says the incident took place at Soulja Boy's home Dec. 30th -- no one was injured.

In a online video released the next day, two masked dudes claimed responsibility for the attack, claiming it was just the two of them and one weapon.

Ungrateful Dead -- Garcia Sued by Dead Pal

It's always a shame when two lifelong friends fight over money. It's even worse when they're dead.

The estate of keyboardist Merl Saunders is suing the estate of Jerry Garcia over a CD of a live performance of theirs that was released in 2004. According to a federal lawsuit filed yesterday, Saunders' estate claims it has equal rights to the music, but didn't find out about the CD until after it was released.

Saunders' estate wants in excess of $100,000. Neither Saunders nor Garcia could be reached for comment because they're both dead.

John Lennon's Nip Slip

For $40,000, you can hear a wasted John Lennon sing about sucking nipples.

Today, the auction house Bonham's is selling Lennon's outtake of the 1973 song "Just Because" to the highest bidder. On the track, according to the NY Post, you hear the former Beatle slur, "I wanna take all them new singers, Carol and the other one with the nipples, I wanna take 'em and hold 'em tight, all them people that James Taylor had... I wanna suck your nipples, baby!"

We're guessin' Carol is Carole King and the other chick with the nipples must be Carly Simon.

P.S. -- Lennon re-recorded "Just Because" for his "Rock 'n' Roll" album in 1975.
