80. Well now we know the motive to selling the tape. Granted, "The Dog" totally a jerk for what he said, but it was a private phone conversation and not something he said on TV or radio. How many times can everyone of us think of crap we have said that we do not want anyone else to hear talking to a family or friend on the phone in the privacy of your own home. I think all of us are guilty of that. It was HER BOYFRIEND that released it to the public, so why is she sueing the Dog and not the boyfriend. MOTIVE, MOTIVE for all of this is MONEY and nothing else. Her credibility just tanked on that note.

81. Ok, so now her true colors come out. He never said anything bad about her. He said he had information that she was a shady character and he even said he knew it wasn't true now. She needs to get over herself and move on. Now she's gotten a taste of attention from the media and she likes it. We'll be seeing her in her own reality show soon.

I'd have really felt for her if she hadn't pulled this, but all this does it make it look like she's only after the money. Her and her boyfriend. They've spent the 15 grand and now they're looking for more. How pathetic.

83. It's obvious Dog Chapman has racism buried in him; let's set that aside for the time being. This woman's lawsuit will fail for one reason: what was said was in confidence between 2 people. His son sold the taped conversation to the Enquirer without Dog Chapman's consent; what he said was NOT uttered in public or in the press by him. She has no case because he didn't publically deride her character; he did so privately, and, as such, did not commit slander. Any attorney who has a brain will tell you the same thing.

The funny thing here is, his comments (not the racial slurs, but the ones about her character) may be proven to be true. She's suing him to gain publicity, and to gain MONEY. If she had good character, she would have kept this "in house", dealt with Dog & not contributed to the circus this has become. Instead, she saw this as a way to get her 15 minutes of fame, and a quick way to make some bucks; suing the father of her boyfriend. She does have low character, and his comments about this were on the money. Too bad he couched them in such disgusting racist language, as the message (which could have helped his son see her for what she is) was lost...

85. Good for you Monique Shinnery, sue the pants off of him. It was quite evident on Hannity and Combs when he said "I've never seen the girl before". Slander at its most judicial!
Take him down, take him off A&E, take all of his ill begotten money!
Enough of this false Hawaiian BS too, just because you live in Hawaii and try to be a "Bruddah" does not make you Hawaiian, no more than your BS about "I thought I was Black like that and we were cool".

89. I don't think I get this one. Dog says the forbidden 'n' word and now the would be d.i.l. is suing. Here's the thing. Perhaps the turn-coat son of Dog ought to take a better look at his love interest. Too bad he took her side instead of Dog's - his father - you know his blood, not to mention bread and butter. Apparently she is turning out to be nothing more than a money hound...dog. And don't go chewing on me about this. This is not by any means intended to support racism (as I am sure there will someone out there to make it so as there always is at least one) afterall, look at Heather Mills, the estgranged almost ex-wife of Paul McCartney (they are not black people) - they are both very white English people. In this money grubbing world of get rich quick schemes - it seems the quickest route to wealth is to sue someone with money.

There's really a lot more to this whole story than just the 'n' word believe me.
