Britney Bodyguard Charged with Battery

Britney bodyguard One of Britney Spears' goons is now in the hot seat for swingin' away at paparazzo in Vegas.

TMZ has learned that Cesar Julio Camera has been charged with one count of battery in connection with an altercation with a photographer last month. Brit was exiting the Wynn Hotel in Las Vegas, when photog Andrew Deetz approached to take photos and was knocked away by "CJ" Camera.

Mr. Camera is due back in court Oct. 12. He could face up to 6 months in jail and/or a $1,000 fine.

5. gosh, it was so nice, for how long? maybe half a day we didn't have to look at her. she's highly unpopular right now, but i'm afraid people still like to bash her...it's so easy to do, TMZ, when we have her shoved down our throat, on our quest for other news.

6. well anyone who has ever see the papparazzi get into the celebs face and annoy them, some of the paps deserve a hit. Not saying this guy deserved to get hit. I dont know the full details of why he hit this pap, but im sure they can get annoying. But I am sure Brit somehow brought it upon her self and the body guard took the fall...maybe she walked out with no pants on....

10. UPDATE: According to a press release issued by the Las Vegas P.D. and obtained by TMZ, "Britney also filed a crime report on behalf of her minor child." In the report, Britney claims the photog "battered both Mr. Camera and Ms. Spears' child, who was at that time being held by the security officer."
