Now that Paris is out of the pokey, what's the fake Paris to do? Well get an iPhone, of course! Natalie Reid waltzed past the waiting masses to get her very own iPhone yesterday and taunted TMZ cameramen with a sneak peak at her coveted new toy.

She then went on to tell her adoring public all about the fake charity work that she would be engaging in as a rep for an organization called Operation Smile, that works for "cancer kids with AIDS" and kids "deformed from alcohol syndrome." There really is a charity called Operation Smile that repairs childhood facial deformities of poverty-stricken people around the world. Real funny.

33. Natalie may have been referring to the fake charity work Paris is doing on Maui. Lying by a pool resort feeds thousands. Jessica Simpson USED Operation Smile for PR then ditched it....he charity was fake also.

Maybe Natalie is smarter than you think. Paris is the fakest Paris.

I hope Operation Smile sees this and cuts her out with anything having to do with their charity! Operation Smile is a wonderful charity that does a lot of good all over this world.

38. Do you ever wonder how someone can get through life, without a brain of their own. The really sad part is the brain she has decided to be the clone of is that of Paris Hilton.
